Casström Lars Fält Knife 11824, coltello bushcraft knife con acciarino

I bought this knife, the SFK No.10 and tje Woodsman together. Contrarily to my thoughts, this one, the Lars Fält knife, does perfectly suit in my hands! Shape and size of the handle are simply perfect for my hands (i haven’t giants hand but neither hobbit hands! 20cm from the tip of the middle finger to the bottom end of the palm, and 9cm from side to side of the palm). Compared to the SFK No.10, the blade of this knife is obviously bigger; this wasn’t a wanted feature for me because I find the size of the SFK No.10 blade a real all-round one, but to me, there is something not comfortable in my hands (handle shape i guess). It’s a real thick piece of steel ideal for bushcraft of course, but a step towards survival section. Really powerful knife for batoning. It comes razor sharp and it bites into the wood really deep. Making feathersticks with this knife is really really easy. Maybe a fusion between the two knives features (size of the blade / shape of the handle) would be the perfection.

One of the best outdoor knife ever. A great Bushcraft knife and a very good survival knife. Great sheat!
